Operation of portable solar powered desalination unit

1.0pen the outer case and check the accessories which include: 1 set of blue water inlet pipe with block strainer, 1 set of yellow waste water pipe,1 set of transparent water purification pipe and 1 piece TDS test pen. Plug in the 24V power supply.

2.Plug in the water inlet (blue), waste water (yellow)  and clean wate (transparent)pipes according to the marked
sequence at the joint.

3.Plug in the power supply as marked.

4.Make sure that the arrow of flushing water valve  points to the position of flushing mark, put the blue inlet
pipe into sea.

5.Press the start/stop button,the blue indicator light turned on, and the water inlet pump starts to work, till the yellow water pipe has water flowing out with no airis discharged.

6.Turn the flushing water making valve to the water producing valve, and the pressure value of the high pressure gauge starts to rise.

7.Test the purified water with TDS pen, when the value of the purified water is below 700, which can reach the drinking standard and can be drank.

8.To shutdown the machine for a short time, first to turn the water making flushing valve to the flushing position.After the high-pressure meter shows no pressure, turn off the power, and then pull out the water pipe according to the snap of the water pipe quick connector.

9.To shutdown the machine for long-term time. First,  take about 5L of freshwater, put the water inlet pipe, waste water pipe and water purification pipe into the fresh water,operate according to the previous waterpurifying
process, and shutdown machine and store them in accordance with step 8 after 3-5 minutes.
